As one of Australia's largest manufacturers of bathroom, kitchen and laundry equipment, Everhard Industries ageing production facility and administration building were in need of an upgrade
Working with the Consulting Engineering firm Project Solution Engineers, Sunled was appointment to find a more efficient alternate lighting solution. With use of the HiWing Linear fixture, quanities in the production facility were able to be reduced from 57 of the original design to 32 - a reduction of almost 44% !
LED panel fxiture Nebula was used in the facilities office acheiving 3M spacings from previous 2.4M of fluorescent with 12 years maintenance free operational life
Results
- 46% reduction of production facility fixture quantities
- Increased spacings in office building from 2.4M to 3.0M with a 2:1 uniformity ratio of crisp flicker free light output
- Estimated 12 year maintenance free operation with a 5 year manufacturer warranty
