After an operational life of 30 years staff members at the Ramsey production facility had outgrown its headquarters and construction commenced on a brand new office and warehousing facility
Sunled provided a solutions for 45,000 square feet of dry warehouse space and 15,000 sqaure feet of office space. The new facility not only provided expanded storage space, but also for future expansion capabilities
The LED solution included use of the HiEye fixture with acrylic lens in the warehouse area and in the Venus Series recessed panel troffer throughout the offices, each offering a colour rendering index of 80+ and efficiencies exceeding 130lm/W

- Up to 55% reduction in energy consumption throughout with an operating efficiency of 130lm/W in both office in warehouse areas
- Estimated capital payback period of 6 months taking into account increases in productivity
- Zero maintenance with an estimated lamp life of 70,000hrs or 12 years operation
